Text Therapy for Young Adult Women Finding Themselves and their Direction.
Find your way forward with clarity and confidence.
You’re stuck in the in-between.
Too old to not have a plan.
Too young to know what you really want.
And everywhere you turn, someone’s asking you what’s next.
You’re doing your best—smiling through the small talk, nodding during your parents’ check-ins, pretending like you’re not spiraling every time someone mentions “career goals.”
But inside? You’re confused. Anxious. Second-guessing everything and you feel like it’s holding you back from moving forward.
What if you make the wrong choice?
What if you disappoint the people counting on you?
What if you don’t even know what you want?
If you’re feeling anxious, lonely, and completely overwhelmed…
Or thinking “What if I disappoint everyone?” “Why can’t I just be confident already?” “I should have figured this out by now”…
Or noticing yourself saying yes when you want to say no, over-giving to friends who don’t give back, or hiding out at home instead of putting yourself out there…
…and you know therapy could help, but the idea of sitting in a room and spilling your feelings for 50 minutes feels awkward, pressured, and kind of exhausting—this might be for you.
So many of my clients want to do the deep work—finding their voice, learning who they are, and building confidence in the direction of their life. But for them, processing often happens best in writing or in quiet moments alone.
If you’re avoiding the healing you need because the traditional therapy model doesn’t fit you, I get it.
That’s why I offer text-based therapy—support that meets you in the messy middle.
Because let’s be real—when the urge to process hits, it doesn’t politely wait for a Tuesday at 2pm. With text therapy, you don’t have to bottle it up until “session time.” You get to let it spill out the moment your mind and heart are ready.
✦ When you’re panicking about a job interview you just agreed to (but secretly don’t want)…
✦ When you’re crying in the Target parking lot after a call with your mom…
✦ When you’re wide awake at 1am, asking yourself if you’re ever going to feel like an actual adult…
That’s when you can text.
You can write it all out—in your words, in your timing.
And the next time I’m at my desk, I’ll be there to help you sort through the swirl. But the beauty is—you got it out while you were in it. Because we both know if you wait until later? It won’t hit the same. The sharp edges of what you were really feeling start to fade.
With text therapy, you don’t have to lose that raw honesty. You get it out when the moment of processing hits, right when it matters most.
Here’s how text-based therapy works:
No appointments. No Zoom fatigue.
No pressure to “say it right” in a 50-minute window.
You get to message me throughout the week—when the processing mood strikes.
You can text, send voice notes, even share pictures or screenshots—whatever helps you express what’s going on.
Middle of the day? Middle of the night? Totally fine. You send when you need to.
I’ll respond up to three times per week—sometimes by text, sometimes with a voice message or image—depending on what’s most helpful.
This isn’t surface-level chat. It’s real therapy—delivered in a way that meets you where you are.
What if you could finally stop feeling anxious, lonely, and overwhelmed; or stop worrying about pleasing everyone but yourself; or feeling unsure about your direction in life?
What if instead, you could…
Wake up and you’re not immediately overwhelmed by a million “shoulds.”
Your to-do list feels doable. Your heart feels a little lighter.
You’re starting to trust yourself—to speak up, slow down, and choose what actually feels right for you.
You’re texting through your thoughts, not bottling them up.
You’re working through the anxiety instead of letting it rule your day.
You’re feeling less guilty when you say no… and more proud when you say yes to something that truly fits.
Conversations with your parents aren’t leaving you emotionally wrecked. You love your parents - they love you, but it doesn’t mean it isn’t complicated.
You’re noticing patterns that used to trip you up—and now, you’re responding instead of reacting.
You’re not “fully figured out” (who is?)—but you’re not frozen anymore either.
You’ve got direction. Confidence. A growing sense of self.
And the best part? You didn’t have to fake it. Or show up perfectly.
You just had to start typing.
What if you could finally get the support you need—without forcing yourself (and the way you naturally process feelings) into the rigid mold of “traditional” weekly 50-minute sessions?
Ready to start? You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
If you’re tired of pretending you’re fine, unsure how to move forward, or just need a safe space to sort through the swirl—this is for you.
Text-based therapy gives you the freedom to process when it actually matters.
No pressure. No performance. Just real, steady support as you figure out who you are and what you want next.

Great question—and honestly, I love that you’re already turning to tools for support. ChatGPT can give amazing information (and yep, we might even use some of it!). But here’s the thing:
While ChatGPT gives great information, it doesn’t help you move along your treatment plan.
You need someone to walk with you. Someone to keep track of your goals. Someone to say, “Hey, remember what you said you wanted? Let’s keep moving toward that.” Along with providing evidence-based, therapeutic tools.
As your therapist, I’m not just responding—I’m holding your big picture. Helping you stay focused. Noticing the patterns. Keeping you accountable to the version of yourself you’re becoming.
AI can generate ideas. I keep you accountable to live them out.

It’s similar to texting in format—but totally different in purpose. This is a professional, therapeutic space where you can process your thoughts, explore emotions, and work through challenges. I’ll respond with therapeutic support—not just “aw I’m sorry,” but real insight to help you grow and feel grounded. Together, we will collaborate on a treatment plan and goals, which is our guiding light throughout our time together. Life is hard to do alone, therapy can help!

You can message me any time of day—morning, late-night, mid-day. You don’t have to wait for an appointment. Just text, send a voice note, or even share a picture/screenshot when something’s on your mind. The schedule is with my response. 3x/week, I will read what you’ve written and respond with insight-driven, therapeutic tools and suggestions.

Yes! Many of my clients with ADHD actually love the flexibility of text-based support. You can use voice notes, emojis, or even just bullet-point lists if that’s easier. This space is yours to use however it works for you.
I am also very passionate about connecting young adults with helpful community resources for ADHD.

Nope! Send as many messages as you need when things are happening. I’ll respond to what you’ve shared within the rhythm of our agreed 3x/week schedule.

I do offer in-person and telehealth sessions as well. However, my availability is limited, which is why the text subscription is a great alternative! If you or I believe an in-person or telehealth session is needed, we will schedule one!

While I don’t provide crisis care, this is something we plan for in the beginning of our time together. We will collaboratively agree on a crisis plan of what you can do, and who to call in times of emergency and crisis.

I take as much time that is needed to read through your messages and fully understand where you are, what you need, and then to respond.
