Text Therapy for Women with Anxiety & Burnout
Helping you move from overwhelm to balance.
How to finally care for yourself and find peace—without guilt, burnout, or letting anyone down.
Does any of this sound familiar?
You wake up already behind. Before your feet hit the floor, your mind is racing with everything you “should” do today. No matter how fast you go, it feels like you’re never caught up, never fully organized, never fully together.
You snap at the people you love most. You hate it, but exhaustion and stress spill out sideways—on your kids, your partner, even coworkers. The guilt sets in almost immediately.
You feel like life is happening to you. Between carpools, work demands, and everyone else’s needs, your day is full of reacting instead of intentional responding.
You know something needs to change. You’re stretched thin, you don’t feel good in your body. You’ve whispered it to yourself late at night—“I can’t keep living like this”—but you don’t know where to start.
Imagine…
Waking up with a rhythm that nourishes you instead of drains you.
Having energy left at the end of the day—without guilt weighing you down.
Feeling present and connected with your family, not just rushing through.
Finally giving yourself permission to live a life that feels like yours.
Do you ever think…
“I’m giving everything to everyone, but I feel empty inside.”
“I know I need to take better care of myself, but I don’t even know where to begin.”
“Is this really all there is?”
“Why do I neglect my needs ALWAYS?”
This isn’t how it has to be. Book your free consultation today and take the first step toward a life of peace and presence.
Hi, I’m Stephanie
With over 10 years of experience as a therapist, I found a special joy with helping women who feel anxious, burned out, and stretched too thin find lasting relief and a life that actually feels like their own. Through flexible, supportive therapy that fits into real life, I’ll guide you to:
quiet the noise of people-pleasing and guilt,
build rhythms that bring peace and presence, and
finally feel free to live on your own terms.
I’ve walked alongside women just like you—women who were exhausted from carrying too much—and helped them find balance and joy again. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Did previous attempts of therapy leave you feeling more overwhelmed than supported?
✦ Yet another event was added to your calendar.
✦ You knew you needed movement, but therapy just added another hour of sitting,
✦ Another hour went by where you talked about caring for yourself, but didn’t take action.
✦ You find yourself rushing out to the carline, late…again.
The truth is, traditional therapy formats don’t always match the pace of a busy, burned-out life.
That’s why my approach is different. Through flexible, HIPAA-compliant messaging and tools you can use in real time, therapy becomes part of your rhythm—not another burden.

My Approach to Anxiety & Burnout
-
No matter how hard we try, we can’t do it all. We’re only human—and sadly, not Superwoman (though you get pretty close!) In our work together, I’ll use ACT to help you sort out what truly matters in your life, notice the things that get in the way, and practice taking steps toward what’s important—instead of away from it. That means learning how to move past people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the habits or beliefs that keep you feeling stuck and overwhelmed.

The mind and body are deeply connected. When self-care, nourishment, movement, and quiet time fall to the bottom of the list, both the mind and body pay the price. This is often when anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout creep in. That’s why I use what I call ‘lifestyle therapy’—a holistic approach to building routines, rituals, and self-care practices that leave you feeling peaceful, grounded, and back in control

Integrative Therapy (founded by Dr Leslie Korn) blends conventional psychotherapy with nutrition, natural medicine, and body-based practices to treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. This approach is highly personalized, trauma-informed, and designed to empower clients with practical, holistic tools for healing and resilience, which I have found is necessary with women who struggle with anxiety and burnout.
This is for you if…
✨ You feel stretched thin, anxious, or burned out from carrying everyone else’s needs.
✨ You want to set healthier boundaries, speak your needs, and stop running on empty.
✨ You’re ready to care for yourself without guilt.
✨ You’d love a therapy format that actually fits into your busy life.
✨ You want to feel better: in mind, body, and spirit
✨ You’re looking for steady, compassionate support that helps you create real, lasting change.
This might not be for you if…

❌ You’re not ready to try new ways of thinking, relating, and caring for yourself.
❌ You want someone else to do the work for you.
❌ You prefer traditional, in-person 50-minute sessions over flexible support that fits into your daily rhythm.

FAQs
-
Yes—if you’re located in North Carolina, text therapy is therapy. You’ll be working with a licensed clinician, with a treatment plan and treatment goals tailored to you. You can share your thoughts and feelings throughout the week, and I’ll respond three times per week with therapeutic support, strategies, and guidance to help you manage anxiety and burnout while keeping us aligned with your treatment plan.
For clients in Texas: Text support is not considered therapy on its own. Instead, it’s offered as an additional layer of support alongside telehealth therapy sessions.

My role does not include providing crisis services. However, at the start of our work together, we’ll create a clear plan so you know exactly who to call and what steps to take if a crisis arises. That way, you’ll feel prepared and supported even outside of our work.
If you are ever in immediate danger, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 for 24/7 support.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to send texts, voice messages, or images/files anytime through the secure, HIPAA-compliant app. When I’m at my desk during our agreed-upon response times, I’ll carefully review your messages and respond with therapeutic support, strategies, and techniques to help you move forward.

While tools like ChatGPT can be helpful for gathering information or brainstorming, they aren’t a substitute for therapy. The heart of therapy is the human-to-human connection—being truly seen, understood, and supported by a trained clinician. That relationship itself can be deeply healing. In addition, therapy provides structure and guidance to help you move forward on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. We may even incorporate tools like ChatGPT if it feels useful for you, but the focus will always be on your growth and progress with professional support.

The cost of text therapy is $300 per month. If you decide to cancel, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle, and you won’t be charged again as long as you cancel before your next scheduled payment.
For the sake of the therapeutic process, I encourage giving at least two weeks’ notice so we have time to reflect, celebrate your progress, and close our work together in a thoughtful way. That said, this is a recommendation—not a requirement. You are always in control of your subscription.
